Thanks to collaborations with the Mid North Mesonet and Agbyte, we can bring you live weather and soil moisture data from the Hart site.
Plus, we share some great visual maps as we track rainfall variability across Hart's 40 ha site.
MID NORTH MESONET
The Mid North Mesonet project has established a state-of-the-art network of 40 automatic weather stations spread across our region; stretching to Jamestown and Port Pirie in the north, through the Clare Valley and almost to Two Wells in the south.
It is a live weather monitoring and warning system sufficient to provide highly accurate and targeted data on the development and presence of adverse conditions for spraying.
Includes data for; rainfall, temperature, vertical temperature difference, relative humidity, Delta T, wind speed at 2m & 10m, dew point and grass fire danger index (GFDI).
